Door brackets, loudspeaker, headlight fuse boxes, plug contacts and batteries are just some of the components that need to be reliably and efficiently protected against water, chemicals and various environmental influences. To meet these requirements, the use of 2K polyurethane foam systems in combination with Openair-Plasma® pretreatment has proved its worth in the manufacture of a wide range of components.

Join our exciting PlasmaTalk „Openair-Plasma® in dispensing technology  - from useful to essential” together with our partner Rampf Productions Systems, leading supplier of innovative mixing and dispensing systems. Find out how the adhesion of foaming and sealing can be further enhanced by pre-treating surfaces with plasma, to provide effective protection against moisture penetration and optimised sealing.

Practical examples will show you how both technologies can be used inline and what huge advantages the combination of Openair-Plasma® and 2K polyurethane foam systems offers.

In this Plasmatalk you will learn everything you need to know about:

  • The design of dispensing systems and how 2K polyurethane foams work
  • How to improve adhesion by using Openair-Plasma®
  • The benefits of combining the two technologies, such as:  Process optimisation, Improved quality and reproducibility, Reduction of rejects

We look forward to providing you with valuable insights into the possibilities of these innovative technologies.
The PlasmaTalk will last approximately 40-60 minutes and will include a question and answer session. If you have a specific question, please send it in advance to academy@plasmatreat.com so that we can include it in the program.

Please note that due to our international audience, we will be using UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Please check your time zone using the TimeCalc calculator below.

This PlasmaTalk will also be held in German:
