Together with SKZ - The Plastics Center we start with the seminar "Surface Activation and Plasma Coating" from May 6th to 7th. 

The seminar offers a comprehensive insight into the world of plastic surfaces. The surfaces of plastic parts are critical to the success of a product. On the one hand, they are often visible surfaces and the external impression cannot be completely neglected. On the other hand, there are other requirements such as haptics, adhesion, scratch resistance, media resistance, etc. Surfaces are also often part of an intermediate step in the production process. Wettability, adhesion and surface energy play a role in the success of coating, laminating or similar processes. This can be achieved with different processes for proper cleaning and surface activation. Processes, required properties and industrial applications are described in detail in this course. In short, a course that provides all the essential knowledge about plastic surfaces, their cleaning, surface activation and coating with plasma.

The participants of this training course will not only gain practical experience, but also an exciting tour of our company and thus an insight into real applications. In addition to the content part, an evening exchange of experiences in a relaxed atmosphere is planned.

Participants can bring sample components from their production to be discussed and tested during the laboratory tests.
